Introduction

My mother usually says me: “You should go to bed earlier, your sleeping would be better and you will have charming dreams. I was interested in what “the dreaming” is and what for do we dream? This theme is very topical for my classmates and for me because we have dreams almost every day but don’t know why and what for.

So, the aim of my work is to study the meaning of the dreaming.

The goals of my work are:

1. to find out and study the definition of the word “Dreaming”;

2. to study the reasons of dreaming;

3. to collect information about nightmares and the most common scripts of dreaming;

4. to carry out the research: to hold the survey among the students and teachers of the Gymnasium #3 and give the recommendation.
