Тип урока: урок обобщения и систематизации знаний с использованием ИКТ
Цель урока: Формировать коммуникативную компетенцию учащихся при помощи информационно-коммуникационных технологий и интерактивных упражнений.
. Обучающие задачи:
- Продолжать формирование коммуникативной компетенции по теме;
- Обеспечить в ходе урока повторение усвоенных лексических единиц по теме;
- аудирование с целью охвата общего содержания;
- совершенствовать навыки употребления лексических и грамматических структур в речи учащихся с соблюдением норм иностранного языка;
2. Развивающие:
- развивать языковую догадку;
- развивать навыки понимания иностранной речи;
- развивать память и мышление;
- развивать коммуникативные навыки и умения;
- развивать познавательный интерес у учащихся.
3. Воспитательные:
-Воспитывать понимание ценности жизни, взаимопомощи и бережного отношения к природе.
Оборудование:
• Компьютерная презентация, проектор, мультфильм “Once upon a forest”.
Технологии: коммуникативная, ИКТ .
Формы работы: фронтальная, индивидуальная.
Ход урока:
I. Организационный момент: Введение в тему урока.
Good morning. I'm glad to see you.
What is the weather like today?
So, you are in a good mood, aren’t you?
Now look at the board, please. What do you see?
How do you think what we’ll speak today about?
You are right. And how do you think it is good or bad that people pollute the environment?
P1: Good morning. We are glad to see you too.
P2: The weather is fine today. The sun is shining brightly in the sky. It’s cold and it’s snowing.
P3: Yes, we are. We are in a good mood.
P4: We see a lot of litter.
P5: We see polluted rivers and oceans.
P6: We see dead fish.
P7: I think today we’ll speak about pollution.
P8: I think it’s very bad.

Now look at the board and repeat the words after me: litter, gas, forest, mouse, badger, hedgehog, mole, herbs, to risk one’s life.
Pupils repeat the words.

Now let’s watch a part of the cartoon “Once upon a forest” What will the cartoon be about? How do you think?
P1: I think this cartoon is about animals.
P2: I think it’s about pollution in a forest.
P3: I think it’s about life of animals after pollution in a forest.

Now watch the cartoon attentively and be ready to discuss it.
You’ve watched the first part of the cartoon. Now look at the board and put events of the story in chronological order to make a plan of the cartoon. Who wants to go to the board?

P1 makes a plan:
Nature Study with Cornelius.
Bottle on the road.
Car crash.
Gas leak (air pollution).
Death of animals and plants in the forest.
Disappearance of all animals in the forest.
Badger’s illness.

Now let’s discuss the story. Tell me, please, who are the main characters of the story?
You are right. Let’s describe these characters. What can you tell about Cornelius? One by one go to the board and write down one of his qualities.
And what can you tell about baby-animals?
P1: The main characters of the story are baby-animals and their teacher Cornelius.
P2: The main characters of the story are a mouse, a hedgehog, a badger, a mole and an old badger Cornelius.
P3: I think Cornelius is clever.
P4: I think Cornelius is kind.
P5: I think Cornelius is friendly.
P6: I think mouse is friendly and clever.
P7: I think mole is friendly and clever too.
P8: I think badger is friendly and kind.
P9: I think hedgehog is brave and merry.

There was a catastrophe in the forest. What can people do to prevent such catastrophes? Use the model:

Now let’s predict. How do you think what will happen next in the cartoon?
P1: People should protect animals.
P2: People shouldn’t leave litter.
P3: I think friends will risk their lives, find herbs and save their friend.
