Dividing into groups
Teacher divides the class into 4 groups with pictures of towns. Each group choose the leader of the group. In addition, this leader will assess other members of group during the lesson.

Teacher gives posters to each group and pupils write any ideas on the given theme using the method “Cluster”.

Pre – reading: Pupils A present his/her presentation about towns and cities of GB, which he has done at home. Then teacher asks: What can you say about these cities?
Reading: Teacher gives text about cities to each group for reading and understanding. While reading the text pupils must fill in the chart “INSERT”.
