The theme : How many apple? How much juice? (much\many, little\few.)
The aims of the lesson:
Educational: to practice using adverbs much\ many, little\few with the countable and uncountable nouns and to be able to differ them, to enrich pupils’ vocabulary
Development: to develop pupils’ skills and habits abilities in reading, writing, mental activities
Upbringing: to bring up attention and curiosity, love to the learning of the English language
Type of the lesson: a revision lesson

The procedure of the lesson
1. Organization moment
Good morning, guys! I am glad to see you at our lesson. Who is on duty today? What date is it today? What day of the week is it today? What season is it now? Today at our lesson we’ll generalize your knowledge of the theme «Adverbs much\ many, little\few.

Teacher: Today we’ll have
a lesson according to our theme “How much juice? How many apples” So we’ll speak about food and when we use
“some ” or “any”.I think you’ll
work hard. At the end of our lesson we’ll need to make our result.Look at the
board / You see a tree on it . Leaves will down from it after we’ll do the task
Учитель показывает картинки, на которых изображены фрукты, овощи, еда. Учащиеся переводят их и говорят исчисляемое существительное или неисчисляемое.
Cheese, soup, salt, milk, egg, apple, fish, water, bread, orange, banana, butter, tomato, potato, tea, coffee, juice, carrot.
Using of much and мany (Учащиеся должны написать необходимое наречие с нижеперечисленными словами и объяснить употребление)
How much? How many?
Coffee, apples, sweets, soup, eggs, bananas, bread, carrots.
How little? How few?
Tea, oranges, butter, tea, bread, cheese, apples, water.
3. Фонетическая разминка.
Let’s train our tongues and practice the English sounds. Look at the
blackboard carefully and read the words with sounds:
[u:] – food, fruit
[θ] – healthy
[ju:] – useless
[e] – breakfast
[ʤ] – vegetables
IV. Речевая разминка.
1.Now let’s play “the brain storm”. 2.
Let’s continue warming up our vocabulary. Listen to me and try to complete some
sentences using necessary words.
Вкуснотища – very good! Пищу называют – food.
Это вовсе не каприз, сыр мы называем –cheese.
Мясо жарится, шкварчит, мясо по-английски –meat.
Арбуз предпочитаю сливам, арбуз иначе – water-melon.
Узнали все впервые, что груша это – pear.
Масло нужно всем ребятам. Масло по-английски – butter.
Без соли борщ не лезет в рот. Соль по-английски – просто salt.
Ведро воды не принесете? Вода, водичка будет – water.
Слива тут и слива там. Слива по-английски – plum.
Виноград мы съели весь. Виноград иначе –grape.

-P : we use “some ” in Positive . Ex/ There are some fruits on the table.
“Any” we use in negative and
question. Ex. Are there any fruits
on the table? No, there aren’t any.
